Kristiansand is the proud host of the 36th Nordic Bridge Team Championships. The event is held every second year. The national teams from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland and Faroe Island participate in Open Teams and Women’s Team.
Each team will play each other twice. The first 5 rounds is planned by draw. The next 5 rounds will be planned after the first round robin based on the placements.

Side Event – POS Memorial
There will be a tournament on Saturday and one on Sunday open for all. The tournaments do also offer a price for the best overall result.

Awards – The Nordic Trophy
In addition to awards given in each class, the NBU Trophy rankings are calculated by adding the VPs scored by the teams in each class.

Format of the Championship
Double round robin 10 matches – 16 boards per match. Time per match is 2 hours and 20 minutes.
